    The fact that this company goes through and attempts to discredit every bad review they get is ridiculous! They had to allow me out of my lease because my ceiling was falling through and there was mold in the house. They let a woman with two children move in directly after me without letting her know as well. GPRES is a scammer and liar. After making my first review, I received a call from Regis Beattie asking me to take my review down because our court hearing was finalized. He only wrote something negative about me because I refused. Judge ruled for them to pay for my hospital bills in which they refused for months. I got carbon monoxide while pregnant because they did a half ass job fixing a furnace. Do not rent from them.

    If you want great, timely service with friendly staff LOOK ELSEWHERE. This company is absolutely AWFUL!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I would not recommend even my worst enemy to rent OR buy through them. This company's communication is awful and the work staff are rude and, quite honestly, mean. They will take your money from your deposit and make you pay for damages that were there prior to your move in. They will be rude in every encounter you have after you sign your paperwork. This is by far the most greedy, money hungry establishment I've ever worked with and I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. Trust me, if I had known then what I know now, I would NEVER have done it. Please take my advice...
